Um, it did. At least in our area.
It did in our area too, though not as visibly. I meant to add a comment but used a different link-saving thing and forgot that it would auto post to Facebook.
People tended to vote with their feet here; librul congregations like mine said goodbye to some people, hello to others. Some of the more schismatic places split further in the Wheaton area, along more and more discrete planes. They’re still arguing over the 1977 Prayer Book and women’s ordination ::blank::
Serious split in several congregations here. Litigation still going on, but property issues were settled agains the segment that changed bishops. Oddly, a sibling and wife ended up on the other side of the split from me.
