Well, if it was a loser, what took them so long? I don’t know how this will affect my team’s account, but it’s possible there will be changes for them. I rarely book anybody to/from Oakland now, but used to when my main account was a large retail outfit. I expect Southwest and their low fares are a big reason for United’s losses.
