1. i had never met steve and never been to autralia zoo but i was a huge fan i am 16 yrs old and i have some of his action figures in the boxes and every thing this was a huge tragedy and he will be really missed i feel sorry for the family losing such a great father, husband, teacher,friend,role model and all round great aussie bloke and i would just like to add that bindi and bob had the GREATEST dad in the world and they should be very proud of him even if he seemed a little corny at times he was a real ledgend

2. Well, “corny” is true enough, but also it bothered me that he seemed to get way, way too close to animals. I always like Jeff Corwin’s animal shows for the “up close to animals” approach better, because Corwin was easier for me to take and he didn’t make such a pest of himself.

   It’s sad when someone dies and leaves people behind, and I’m sorry that you’ve lost a hero. I just can’t get onboard for all of the love, because I could see a bad animal-related end coming for Irwin a long time ago.

4. STEVE was great man and died doing what he loved hes up there taming crocs in the sky RIP STEVE you will deeply missed.
