    It always amuses me no end when I’m going through the error queues and come across a record where someone is carrying on an argument in the quality control remarks. In this case, someone was trying to get the quality control program to package up some paper tickets and send them to the address in the reservation.     My week from hell, day two: My supervisor is out of town all week. My colleague whose job is similar to mine is out of town all week. I back both of them up when they are not in. I work in corporate travel, and there’s an airline strike this week. I am still expected by a service coordinator to somehow take calls.
