Earlier tonight, we were hungry for a snack or appetizer before dinner (fried rice and soy-ginger tofu) was ready. On checking the larder, a veritable feast was waiting to be created from odds and ends of ethnic food. After some thought, we assembled our multi-cultural nosh: gefilte fish, wasabi sauce, wasabi peas, tortilla chips, salsa, and British bitter. This originally came about because we both had a yen for gefilte fish (heh) but had no horseradish on hand. Lynn and Alex, the Happy Boys For some reason, late in the season of Amazing Race I run out of steam as far as putting up posts and listing all the teams and how they did. This is the third season that has aired since I started blogging, and every time it’s the same. Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy Yesterday was quite a day – we started out in the morning, relatively early, to grab a nice breakfast and drive all the way up to Kettle Moraine State Forest (South) for a short hike in the woods.
